Initial Consultation
Initial intake meeting with the client organization to understand its needs. This includes discussing the role, responsibilities, qualifications, and the company culture. The goal is to create a detailed job description and identify the key criteria for the ideal candidate and launching of the Search Accelerator process.
Research and Strategy Development
The Search Accelerator data team maps out the industry, identifying target companies, and compiling a list of potential target candidates who fit the desired profile.
Candidate Sourcing and Outreach
The Search Accelerator platform reaches out to potential candidates through a first wave of sourcing. This step includes direct approach of candidates who are not actively looking for new roles but may be interested in the opportunity. The interested candidates submit their resume into the Search Accelerator portal. The client and Search Accelerator team evaluate and rank the top prospects for Candidate Evaluation.
Candidate Evaluation
The Search Accelerator team conducts screening interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the client organization. Candidate notes on fit, motivations, and comp considerations are added to the Search Accelerator portal.
Shortlisting
Based on evaluations, the Search Accelerator team recommends a shortlist of qualified candidates to the client.
Client Interviews
The client organization interviews the shortlisted candidates.
Offer and Negotiation
Once a preferred candidate is identified, the Search Accelerator team assists in extending the job offer and negotiating terms. If a preferred candidate is not identified a second or third wave of qualified candidates are presented for the shortlist. The Search Accelerator team helps to manage the process to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the final agreement.
Onboarding and Follow-up
After the candidate accepts the offer, the Search Accelerator team will continue to provide support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition. Retention of talent who will change the trajectory of the company is the goal of every Search Accelerator placement!
Review and Feedback
After the Search Accelerator process is complete, feedback is received from the client on the process and the new hire's performance. This helps refine the Search Accelerator approach for future projects.
